Adjust Your Customer's Punch Cards Or Square Loyalty Balances



With Ordrslip’s redesigned Admin Dashboard, you can now manually adjust a customer’s rewards balance.

Whether that means adding a punch or removing a punch. This can either be tied to your integrated Square Loyalty account, or the in-app punch card that you have already set up. 


Here is how you do this: 

  • Click Marketing​

  • Click Users

  • Then click All Users

  • Find the customer you need to adjust punches for

  • Select the blue edit button.


Square Loyalty Customers will see a field that says “Square Loyalty”

Everyone else that has punch cards enabled will see “Punch Cards” 


  • Click the three dots next to Loyalty Summary or Punch Cards Summary

  • Click Adjust Points

  • The customer’s rewards balance will display at the top, and you will see an Add/Remove Punches drop down menu. 

  • From that drop down menu, select Add Punches or Remove Punches

  • Type a numerical value in the middle field

  • Then select a reason from the drop down menu for the addition or removal

  • Hit the red Save Changes button
