Getting Mobile Orders On Your Square POS
One of the perks of Square integrating with Ordrslip is being able to receive your mobile orders right on your Square POS! No additional tablet or hardware needed!
This article will walk you through that setup.
Login To The Ordrslip Admin Dashboard
Click Configurations - > Integrations- > Square Hardware
Toggle ON the buttons on the right side at the locations (if you have multiple) where you want to receive mobile orders
directly on your Square POS.
Note: Square does not currently support special instructions on orders or items. If you choose to send app orders to your Square register, you should disable special instructions for both orders and items at all locations.
To do this, click "Locations" in the sidebar, select a location, and scroll down to "Enable/Disable Special Instructions".
Test It Out
Once you enable Square Register Connection, be sure to place test orders and make sure that you are familiar with how mobile orders come to your POS.
You will need to know how to accept orders, mark them as ready, mark orders as complete (if auto-complete is not enabled), and how to refund orders on your Square POS.
